Conflict Mediation
Conflict Mediation is a program for 5th grade students at Issaquah Valley. Conflict Mediators are trained to assist students on the playground who need help resolving conflicts. The skills learned in mediation training include: communication styles, active listening, understanding different points of view, and choosing solutions that work!
