Conflict Mediation
Conflict Mediation is a program for 4th and 5th grade students at Discovery. Conflict Mediators are trained to assist students on the playground who need help resolving conflicts. The skills learned in mediation training include: communication styles, active listening, understanding different points of view, and choosing solutions that work!
